Non-slip safety tread deck reduces the risk of injury. The ProDec is easy to move, and its corrosion reistant adjustable leveling feet have a 3/4" adjustment. With its patented weigh bars made from aircraft alloy steel, moisture proof junction box and steel support channels welded under the top plate for superior strength, the ProDec is built to last.

WEIGH-TRONIX LOW PROFILE SCALES

User designed low profile scales have a 3.5 degree ramp incline and 2-3 inch overall deck height. Ideal for those applications requiring a fork truck to be driven onto a scale platform. Uses Weigh Bar® sensors - far superior to conventional strain gauge load cells in performance and durability. The sensors are sealed against water and dust and operate in a temperature range from -30 to 130 degrees F. Sandwich construction gives maximum strength and 4-way safety tread deck gives maximum traction. No matter where the load is placed on the scale, the Weigh Bar linear method of weight sensing delivers consistent accuracy. Overload stops protect against damage from dropped loads or accidental overload.

The Drum Weigher's junction box is welded into the deck frame providing both protection for sensitive components and additional strength to the frame. Its removeable coverplate grants easy access for calibration and service, and its gasketed surface seals the box against moisture.
