Concrete and Steel Deck Truck Scales

The design of the BridgeMont preserves Weigh-Tronix' reputation for structural integrity while providing a major cost reduction and time saving in its installation. Longer deck sections normally reduce the number of sections needed. The BridgeMont design usually eliminates the need for grout plates traditionally used for leveling load cells, saving hours of precision foundation preparation. Sandwich steel design of modules stabilizes deck load, reducing stress and damage. 100% steel welds protect internal surfaces from moisture and early corrosion. Deck specifications call for fiber mesh concrete, which enhances resistance to cracking and damage from temperature changes. It eliminates the need for rebar or wire mesh reinforcement for poured decks.

WEIGH-TRONIX SteelBridge XT Truck Scales

Concrete or steel deck, these units are built to withstand grueling, continuous use for many years. The SteelBridge offers an 80,000# dual tandem axle capacity and is backed by a 5-year warranty on the weighbridge. Intelligently designed without scrimping on structural steel, the XT is the heaviest truck scale in the business, affording the deck uncommon rigidity and minimal deck deflection. Easy installation requires no expensive base plates, no grouting of Weigh Bar stands and no on-site welding. Longer deck modules mean fewer sections, which lowers foundation costs and simplifies calibration.

WEIGH-TRONIX Portable BridgePort Truck Scales

This fully electronic truck scale is designed for temporary installations. Comprised of 20, 25, 30, and 35-ft. modules, each is a self-contained scale. Combinations of these modules can form scales ranging in capacity from 80,000-200,000 pounds. Since each modulle has its own tubular steel subframe, they can be installed almost anywhere: on concrete pads, piers, concrete blocks, steel swamp pads or bridge planking. Installers simply bolt together the steel frames, link the pre-wired scale modules with quick-connectors and the scale is ready for weighing.

WEIGH-TRONIX PDOX Management Systems

The PDOX systems produce weight tickets, customer invoices and management reports from data collected during the weighing of inbound and outbound vehicles. Weigh-Tronix offers 2 software-based systems for managing scale data. The PDOX Waste Management System is for landfill, recycle and scrap operations. The PDOX Data Management System gathers information from truck scales.

ACTIVE SCALE Modu-Deck

Modu-Deck load cell and mount are totally encapsulated within the weighbridge. This encapsulated design creates a protected clean area for the load cell and pier area below it, minimizing service and maintenance problems. The Modu-Deck by Active Scale is available in steel deck or concrete deck versions, in a range of concentrated loading capacities. All are N.T.E.P. approved as well as type approved for use in trade in Canada.
